All Wakeboarding Participants Need To Sign a Release Wakeboard Waiver
All water sports participants are required to fill out the wakeboard waiver and release form. This document will allow them to ride and participate in wake boarding or water skiing. Additionally, any other passengers must also sign the document. The waiver also covers any of the other water sports that we offer . Anyone that rides on the boat or comes onto our property must sign the release waiver. All patrons must sign and agree to the waiver before engaging in any sport.
Filling The Form Out Ahead of Arrival
The release waiver should be filled out and printed before riders arrive at our dock. They should arrive with the completed form in hand. All our boat drivers have spare waivers on hand should wakeboarders turn up without them. Failure to bring the completed forms may delay the start of the wakeboard session. Some basic details are required on the waiver document but all participants who sign must be over 18 years of age. Any persons who are under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign for them, but they must be in attendance.
Wakeboard Waiver
We take care to exceed safety standards, but accidents can happen. Sports waiver forms are an extremely important part of any sports-oriented business and we require them. We may offer private coaching or run a larger sports club, but waivers are always essential. Liability waivers ensure that we are protecting ourselves and our business against negligence claims.
The wakeboard waiver states that the rider hereby assumes all of the risks of participating in this sports camp. The emphasis on the risks can include the items listed below, but are not strictly limited to them. Any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released. We make sure that we do not have dangerous or defective equipment, but accidents can still happen. Any equipment maintained or controlled by us. by at some point become defective, through no fault of our own.
All patrons must certify that they are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. There are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude their participation in this Sports Camp. They acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the organizers. This is for the activity which they may participate. This waiver will also cover any non-riders and their actions. It will govern my actions and responsibilities at said Sports Camp by all parties.
